Order Processing
All orders are made to order and typically ship within 3 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during holidays, high-demand periods, or supplier delays, but we’ll always email you if there’s a delay.
Shipping Methods
We use the fastest and most cost-effective shipping options available — usually USPS, UPS, or similar carriers. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves our facility. Express and expedited options are available at checkout when applicable and vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future!
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package — or if your package is lost or stolen — please contact us at support@hookedhabits.com. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right by replacing your order whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we’re happy to reship it to the correct address, but additional shipping charges may apply. If the package is not returned, we may not be able to offer a replacement.
